I was renting an apartment at - in -, FL -/-/--/-/-. Upon leaving I verified with previous owner - that the account was paid in full. In -/-/- the complex was sold by previous owners - and - ( Last names unknown. ) New owners know nothing about this. Now, - years later, Ideal collection agency is posting negative information. I disputed but the information was not removed. I called Ideal and they gave me the run around and are not immediately forthcoming with any information. I called - and it was sold thus they have no information. Ideal refuses to provide contact information for previous owners.


I want this information off my record. Being as it was - years ago I no longer have receipts or any such thing. My lady and I are - and this is very stressful. We need this removed.
