U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I used to have Fidelity amex card since -/-/- which was switched to a Visa card in -/-/-. I used to get a confirmation number when I paid my bill online prior to the switch. Now I am not provided with a confirmation number and the bank says that 's the way it is. This is only online payment that does not provide a confirmation number
