My complaint is with USBank. Apparently, they said that they mailed me a letter in -/-/2016 alerting me to an increase in my APR from 15.24 % up to 20.49 %. Supposedly this letter said that I could " opt out '' and close my account if I was not agreeable with this change. I have asked for proof this letter, which I never received. First of all, I never received this letter. Secondly, I would have opted out and closed the account. Thirdly, they have since increased my credit line to $21000.00. Please help!!
