Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit monitoring or identity protection billing dispute

Experian Credit reporting department,

Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute California

Requested a credit report online. It was nearly impossible to determine what the cost of the report was. There was lots of wording anout a credit monitoring which I didnt want. But Experian somehow signed me up for a monthly fee which would be well over $260.00 per year. Apparently, I was given a 10 day trial period. At the conclusion of that time, I was billed -. The issue here is really about how skillfully Experian hides and manipulates those requesting a credit report into their very expensive and mostly useless service. It is a fraud that for most people may be unknown for many months until they notice the charges on their checking statement. This tactic is used by Telemarketers constantly and has no place in credit reporting. I contacted Experian and after - phone calls, they flat out refused to credit my debit card. It is clear that this is a cleverly executed scam, designed to confuse and siphon more dollars from unsuspecting consumers, especially -. This must stop.
