On -/-/16 I purchased a $100.00 Walmart Gift Card at Walmart, -, NJ on my Walmart Credit Card. I mailed the Gift Card and receipt to a family member in Pennsylvania. They tried to use the giftcard on -/-/16 and was told they was " - '' on the card. It was investigated and found the giftcard was used on -/-/16 at another Walmart, -, NJ. I contacted Walmart - to ask for help. I asked the family member to return the giftcard and receipt. Corporate had me go back to the Walmart - NJ to speak to the store manager. After a 2 hour store investigation they said there was nothing that could be done to get my $100.00 back. It appears the giftcard was hacked. I contacted Walmart - several time and was redirected to different departments, with no resolution.
