Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee
We were over 30 days late making a payment on this loan account. The loan company reported this to the credit agencies ( as we would expect them to do. ) However, they have reported that our loan was a mortgage. It is not a mortgage loan, it is a non-secured installment loan for an HVAC unit. We have asked repetitively for the company to change this or give us a written statement that this is not a mortgage loan so we could have it changed, and they refuse. We paid to have this investigated by - -. These are the results we received. " The rescore/investigation for - - is now complete. RS ... - - IN INVESTIGATION - WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE REP ' ... - - COMPLETE 'ACCOUNT CURRENTLY DISPLAING AS TYPE - HOME IMPROV. INSTALLMENT LOAN AND NOT MORTGAGE ... - - COMPLETE ... - - ORDERED ( - ) What this means is they were able to receive an update with the correct information from - ( - ) & - ( - ). They were not able to speak with someone from - and have therefore opened an investigation that should be done within 30 days./The creditor responded to - on - and stated account currently displaying as type - home improvement installment loan and the creditor responded to - on - stating account currently reporting correctly as a mortgage.
