U.S. Bancorp Credit Card Complaint

Credit card protection / Debt protection North Carolina

USBank Credit Card will not cancel card after being notified of death of a family member/cardholder. There is no balance so this is not about a remaining pay off. This is about them ignoring the consumer and being completely unresponsive. Leaving the card active is a threat that we must monitor. This is the same card that, about two years ago, the cardholder had to notice " unusual '' transactions himself even though his pattern ( - gentleman ) was very unlike the out-of-state charges made in women 's clothing stores. They are unprofessional and the family does not wish to be burdened by watching this card and cleaning up any fallout from their ignoring the reported death of the cardholder.
