Synchrony Bank has suspended all charging on my accounts. They stated they needed to verify my income. They submitted a - to request my - transcripts. The letter stated it would take - days from the return of this form before I would hear back. The letter was returned over - days ago and to date I have not received any correspondence or able to get any answers to my phone inquiries. last phone inquiry was today -. - the customer service agent advised there was no update. Please note all of the accounts Synchrony Bank has suspended were approved via their automated system and cards were mailed out to me. All information including income was truthful
