Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Illinois

TransUnion ( TU ) is NOT providing electronic copies of credit reports via www.annualcreditreport.com. - & - process reqeusts correctly & generate immediate electronic credit reports. TU generates an error message. If customers submit email documenting error to www.annualcreditreport.com, TU claims to mail a paper copy to customer, but is NOT willing to make requested electronic version available. I do not want a paper copy, as I want an electronic report for my records. Please advise whether CFPB is able to force TU to provide requested electronic report, as I believe is intended by www.annualcreditreport.com. Thank you.
