I have been working with my lender Wells Fargo regarding loss mitigation options. I have provided all supporting documents and now the day before the sale they are asking for additional information in which I did send in right away however they are saying the sale for tomorrow has not yet been postponed because there may not be enough time. I strongly feel my rights are being violated and that I may lose my home although I have done everything on my part to follow up and send in information requested.
