I submitted a partial payment of $1400.00 to be applied to my mortgage payment. The money was placed in a " Suspense Account ''. I qualified for a loan modification and after the modification was complete, the money in my " Suspense Account '' was robbed from my account and reclassified as " Eligible Servicing Fees ''. As I understand from the holder of my loan, - -, no fees should have been charged nor should my " Suspense Account '' have been depleted for such fees. - - and Ditech have both received the same documentation.
