Title loan Payment to acct not credited Florida

I paid in full - and they were to report, per the attached email. They did not report the entire month of - and they have reported every month prior to -. And they finally reported on - and did not show the paid account. They are ignoring my emails and phone calls. Even the local branch can not get a call or email about why they are not reporting the account with - balance and paid in full date. I was turned down for credit because of this very account. It is the only negative that would keep me from obtaining credit. I want it removed in its entirety.
