- I got a phone call today from Bank of America. Someone there now wants me to call them. No. That has not worked. I will not be put on hold. I will not be stonewalled. I will not repeat myself. I will not be bullied. I will have a record of what they say. I have a copy of their internal memo - -/-/2016. That is Bank of America policy. They can reach me at my email address. I asked two questions in my original complaint to the Federal Reserve Bank. Those questions were not rhetorical. Is United States Currency not legal tender without an ID? Are people without an ID forbidden to pay thier debts? - - said that Bank of America policy is based on Federal law. Is it? Please, if your office can not answer the questions, who in the Federal government can?
