U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

I tried to use my credit card today, - - -, but it got declined. I called the credit card company US Bank only to find out that my card is delinquent and that I have a balance due since - -. However, I never received the - statement even though I received the - - statement and paid it off in full. If you check my record, I have always and consistently paid off my credit card balance on time and in full. Because I never received the -, -, nor - statement, I have accrued $110.00 in late fees and interest.
