Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Florida

I am writing this letter to file a complaint against Credit Karma a.k.a creditkarma.com regarding making numerous request to investigate my consumer file. I believe that my Identity has been stolen because I am having a lot of issues retrieving any Credit information such has Credit Reports and Credit Score from all - Credit Bureaus. When companies are processing my applications for a credit card or a loan they are informing me that no credit history exist for me or that I have delinquent accounts. When I log into Credit Karma.com a message appears that my credit information does not exist and that I have to mail or fax in copies of documents so that they can review it. I have submitted copies of the following documents ( Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Florida Driver 's License, - Statement ) to - and to Credit Karma numerous times for their review and to this day still no response. In - 2015 I was approved for a Car Loan and purchased a car which I have been faithfully paying on time. I also was approved for a - - and been faithfully paying that account on time as well. By now having those - accounts should have helped restore my credit history and generate a Credit or - score for me.
