Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Virginia

I was charged a Monthly Maintenance Fee of $12.00 for a statement cycle. They required me to maintain a minimum of $1500.00 a day in the statement cycle for the month. When I contacted them, I was told that I was charged for a cycle from previous statement, and were reluctant to give me a refund
