Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Maryland
Elan Financial fraudulently opened a credit card account in my name. I made Elan Financial aware of this on -/-/2016, and an investigator has still not been assigned. No information has been forth coming from Elan Financial. Their records show return phone calls were made, but they were not, they are lying in their own records.
