I lost my job and I am late on my mortgage payments. I want to work out a suitable solution for the bank and myself. The bank sent me a packet, I completed it and returned it to them. Approximately - later I received a notice that my submission was incomplete and I needed to resubmit certain documents. I faxed these docs to the number listed. Another - weeks passed and I received a document taped to my front door saying my home was scheduled for Sheriffs sale on -/-/2017. I am just looking for an opportunity to solve this issue, to include selling my home if necessary. I just need to speak with someone that has the ability to delay the sale so we can work out a resolution in good faith. Thank you.
