I had previously submitted a complaint loan # -, only to discover today that my interest rate is going up to 5.75 % and then to 6.75 %. This is under the loan modification program where my current rate is 3.75 % and a balloon payment of $34000.00 for a home currently underwater. I find this behavior unethical, immoral and greedy.
