Checking account Deposits and withdrawals Texas

Wells Fargo had sent thru charges on today and back dated the charges. I had made a deposit into my business acct yesterday and later that day transferred most to my personal acct. this was on the -. I went by my bank this morning and withdrew some of the funds and both the business and personal were in good standing this morning on the - Sometime after I left the bank this morning after making a withdrawal, somehow Wells Fargo debited my acct and posted the debits for the - which is the prior day and said I had bounced the acct. how can a bank on the - during the day back date a charge and post to my acct the prior day and make the acct negative. The bank stated that it was the transfer of funds to my personal acct from the business is what bounced and I advised the bank rep that I did this transfer online and it will not allow me to transfer more money than is in my acct into another. It will only allow you to transfer the amount u have available when transfer online. This is the second time this

so I can go back to my customer to obtain the money due to me the last several months that Wells Fargo has refused to send back that negotiable check that I gave them or a negotiable copy. The only thing Wells Fargo has been willing to do is make a xerox copy and give to me that is NOT negotiable. What use is a copy of a non negotiable check. As far as the issues today, they have stated the charges are correct and that I bounced the acct and not their problem. As a customer of the bank, I am very worried about what they are doing as this can not possibly be legal. If was then every bank could just randomly do the debits and back date to whenever to help with their bottom line and fees they would like.
