Capital One Credit card department,
I would like to dispute a Capital one Bank USA located on my credit report. This Account has a Balance owed of - and was opened on -/-/2011. This account is listed in error and should not be on my report. Can you set up a dispute and send the findings to my mailing address - - -, - NY -. Can you also request from the company any and all documents which substantiates ownership?
