I called up today to get the pay off amount and was told they did n't have it even when I originally ordered it last Tuesday and I was told -- hours. They I told them I was faxing the - form today and she said they were waiting for - more paystubs which I wont have until Friday. I asked could n't they postpone the sale day for a week to get this figured out and she said they were n't going to do that and If I could n't have a full packet in by today they were n't going to waste their time looking at the review anymore. That tells me that wells fargo has no intention of helping us save our home and they are forcing us to do a chapter -
