Bank Of America is trying to charge interest on PURCHARES made while there is a balance from a 0 % promo on my account. EVEN if those purchases are paid in FULL at the end of the statement period. I paid a Transfer fee of 3 % when I got the Promo offer. Is this practice even legal? They charged me $2.00 for having the $530.00 on the account from - - to - -, 2016.. Since it was not a full Month, the 11.9 % interest was calculated on $260.00 of the $530.00 for a total of $2.00.
