I received a letter from a Company named Viking ( see attachment # - ) claiming I owe them $400.00 for damages I would have incurred when renting a car with - in -/-/2016. As it can be seen in the receipt from -, I returned the car with no damages noted - see attachment # - ). Between -/-/-, date of the return, and the letter from -, -/-/- there was no correspondence from - mentioning damages or any other problem with my rental. Besides, the letter does not provide any detail on the damages caused, nor how the determination was made I was responsible, despite the fact - did not notice any problem when I returned the car.
