i have been trying to do a loan modification since - my home was up for sale, i file bankruptcy to save my home i made the payments and the bankruptcy payment as well. in - i end up in the hospital and could n't make my payment i file for a loan modification and after giving me the run around for a yr they said that i did n't qualified for a loan modification after submitting paper work and application for more them 6 times. the only help the can provide is a short sale.
