I HAVE -CHASE CREDIT CARD AND ON -/-/- I NOTICED AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT FOR - AT THAT TIME I CONTACTED CHASE TO HAVE THE CHARGE REMOVED WHICH THEY DID .THEN I RECEIVE MY STATEMENT FOR -/-/- AND I NOTICE A CREDIT FOR - SO I CONTACT CHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON -/-/- AT - AM AND I E-PLAIN THAT I HAVE A CREDIT THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO ME AND I WOULD LIKE IT REMOVED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO AND THAT IT WAS AN ERROR BY - AND THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO KEEP IT SO I SAID TO HIM THAT DOES NOT SOUND RIGHT HE SAID TO ME TO CONSIDER IT AN EARLY - PRESENT FROM -. I SAID TO HIM I AM NOT GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING MORE FROM - SO HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD SEND ME A CHECK FOR - ON MY -/-/- STATEMENT I SEE THAT THE CREDIT IS REMOVED. NOW ON MY -/-/- STATEMENT THERE IS A REBILL FOR - SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ON -/-/- AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO HELP ME .I ASKED THEM TO LISTEN TO THE RECORDING OF THE CALL ON -/-/- THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME AT A LATER DATE THE CHECK HAS ALREADY BEEN SPENT I DO NOT THINK IT IS RIGHT FOR CHASE TO TRY TO COLLECT ON THIS PAYMENT BECAUSE - OF ITS EMPLOYEES TOLD ME I COULD KEEP IT.
