On - -, 2016 I made a $300.00 payment to First Investors Financial Services. I have spoken to them several times concerning the payment, sent them documentation to prove the payment was made, and had the bank ( - - ) contact them twice concerning the payment and First Investors Financial Services has continued not to recognize the payment. Please help me get First Investors to recognize this payment I have made.
