Bank of America Credit Card Complaint

Bank of America took $4700.00 out of my personal checking account today without my authorization. I called to get information as well as get my money back, they told me it was for an unpaid business credit card I opened in 2014. I told them I never opened a business or personal credit card with them and to put the money back into my account and conduct an investigation. They told me they will conduct an investigation in - to 90 days and will not give me my money back until the investigation is complete. I feel helpless and I do n't know what to do. Please help.
