I made a purchase in the old navy store in -. Prior to my purchase I was told that I would receive a certain percentage off. I believe 40 % or 50 % for signing up with their credit card. I made that purchase and saw that I got the percentage off. After I checked my credit report it showed that I had balance on an old navy card of $80.00. The remainder of my purchases that I was told I had saved.the representatives did n't tell me that the remainding balanced would be placed on the card. And now I 'm being charged for money that I should 've saved. I 'm a victim of false advertising and misleading a customer.
