Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Florida

On or around - -, 2016 a dispute involving inaccurate credit reporting data was submitted to Experian in regards to an unverified late payment. FCRA requires results be investigated in 30-45 days and notifications made. On -/-/16. I received online notification of other results but never for - account - which is negatively impacting my credit and has not been verified showing a late payment. My dispute for this account was never addressed.
