I entered into a mortgage modification with WFHM -/-/- through -/-/-. I was advised by at least - mortgage specialist ( staff changed constantly, so communication was difficult and there was poor transition between staff. I was advised however by each of the specialists that upon completion of the modification, all late payments would be removed from my credit report. - is now disputing this fact. My credit is now so severely affected that I have no options for refinance with another lender.
