Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Florida

I would like to report multiple cases of debt re-aging by the -. I have disputed with both Experian and - multiple times, and in each instance the - alleged debts are " verified '' and are allowed to remain on my credit reports. Now when I try to resubmit the disputes ( for at least the fifth time, possibly more ), I get a message from Experian 's website stating the items have previously been disputed and that they will not process duplicative disputes. The dates of first delinquency have been changed and made more recent on multiple occasions, allowing the erroneous " late payments '' to remain on my credit reports indefinitely. The true dates of first delinquency are well beyond a decade ago, and I continue to be penalized for these debts from -/-/- ( this is -/-/-! ). They are also erroneously reported again on my - credit report as duplicate accounts with still more late payments reported by Dept of Education/-.
