In - 2016, I requested removal of PMI and was informed it would be removed after the - payment. It was not. Then weeks later informed to submit an additional request. I did that and still nothing has transpired. Your customer service continues to tell me it is in process. The only requirement for my loan currently is it be under 75 % LTV which it is based on the appraisal you have already obtained yourself. No one can provide me with a reason as to why it has not been removed. I have been on the phone for hours with your customer service line and I am still on hold. I submitted payment today including PMI and expect that to be reimbursed to me.
