Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Synchrony continuing to bill me for a fraudulent charge which I disputed. I explained that neither had I ordered or received merchandise amounting to the $350.00 but had only purchased and paid for - trial items totaling $9.00 which were unsatisfactory and which the company had failed to allow me to return.
