I applied for Bank of the west checking account promotion online since they were offering $150.00 credit. I completed all requirements to get the bonus and to my dismay I was denied claiming another house hold rep received a bonus this year. I called BOW customer care and spoke to someone right after acct opening and these guys are not organized and only specialized in wasting valuable customers time. I asked customer care rep If I qualify for the Bank promotion that I applied. I was told that I am qualified and I need to wait until - - to receive the bonus and they never told me that I am not qualified since another house hold rep received a bonus this year which is not true. I am checking my tax returns for last year 2015 and I do n't see a - interest income statement from Bank of the west and I do n't have any promotion applied to my account this year either. Same is true for my wife since we file taxes jointly and no other household reps lived at my house.
