During a loan modification process, prior to having the partial claim document recorded by the county, [ over a year after I signed & had it notarized ] a Bank of America employee modified the document, crossing off the work 'subordinate ' [ as it appeared before the word 'mortgage ' ] several times from the document, without my knowledge or consent.
