Navient called my mother in law 's phone number about my student loan debt when she is located in Hawaii and it was - there and when I told the loan provider not to call again, she ( - - - ) informed me that she had " called a lot of numbers that day looking for '' me. I told her she broke the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as she had called a number in Hawaii and she told me that she had not as my loan is past due. She also informed me at the end of the call- which did not end well- that she will continue to call even though I told her not to call anymore.
