U.S. Bancorp Prepaid card department,
Payroll card Managing, opening, or closing account Missouri
US Bank will not allow me to close the account. They told me that if I close the account the funds would stay on the card and that I can not get a check or have the balance of the card transferred by ACH to my checking.
