Communication tactics threatened to take legal action

Wells Fargo & Company Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Threatened to take legal action California

Despite having an agreement made two months ago with Wells Fargo to pay a credit line ( debt ) with $ - monthly payments for six months ( at which time we will see if I can pay more ) or continue the $300.00 a month, I am receiving multiple phone calls from - from Collections with the message, " - wanted me to call you based on your agreement ... '' - had no information about the " agreement '' with her supervisor - ( noted in detail below ), but is calling me anyways. I told - the agreement was $300.00 a month, which is what I have been doing for three months now. She said - told her to call me but had no other information. I then received yet another call from - asking about this " agreement '' she has no information on and transferred me to her supervisor -.

owner - ). I offered my 2015 tax returns to illustrate my inability to pay the debt in full ( out right ), but the Supervisor - told me, " lose the attitude, -. I 'm going to follow my boss ' recommendation and sue you. '' - then immediately hung up the phone as I began to respond to his threat. He hung up on me after telling me Wells Fargo was going to sue me regardless of answering the multiple phone calls from - and paying $300.00 every month as per the agreement made with - at Wells Fargo. He does n't care and wants it paid off. A representative from Wells Fargo 's remediation department called me and left a message. I called the representative back only to have her tell me that she ca n't talk to me about the debt because it 's in my husband 's name. I reiterated that my husband gave Wells Fargo ( specifically - ) verbal confirmation to discuss the debt with me. Apparently, the remediation dept representative did n't know about the case/issues prior to calling me. I noted to Wells that this is becoming a joke, but I 'm left with the threat of a lawsuit from a huge bank festering over my head. Hearing that Wells Fargo is going to sue me is causing me - and I 'm a - yo - ( - ) mother of -. Small business owner in - -. Being harassed and threatened with a lawsuit is frightening.
