I opened an account with Chase that promised - points for - rewards. The offer did not clearly start when the offer began or ended except for " - months ''. It was not clear if it was - months of opening the account or - months of activation. The account opened on -/-/2016, I received the card -/-/2016 and activated it in -/-/-. I was charged an $85.00 membership fee. Chase refuses to reward the points.
