2 months ago I received an - Chase Credit Card that I did not apply for. I immediately called Chase customer service to report my concern/close account. Chase customer service sent me to their fraud department. They asked me a series of questions, they put an alert on my account. I have - credit card - chase visa card through - rewards program ) and sent me some free fraud education material. I checked my credit report, nothing popped up on there as of -/-/-. I am not an amazon member, my wife is. I just received a phone call from Chase today ( -/-/- ) asking me if i applied for an amazon card and I said no. He started to ask questions ( personal info ) so I hung up. Nothing is on my credit report etc ... what can I do ... .who should I call. Thanks
