BB&T Financial Bank Account Or Service Complaint

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low

BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Florida

BB & T is playing a very sneaky game with overdraft fees. I am being told I over - my account on Sunday but my account still showed a positive balance on Monday of over $100.00 so I spent money. Since BB & T uses a running balance if I spent the money it should not be visible to me anymore. They have confirmed this numerous times. The moment I knew I over drew my account, Tuesday when they emailed me, I deposited enough to cover everything plus $50.00. The overdraft fees continue for now - more days. BB & T claims it 's because the overdraft fees were applied on Monday not Tuesday. But I was not notified of that and it was n't even visible to me. So basically there is no way for me to stop dozens of overdraft fees even if I deposit money since they are applying the fees the day before the charges clear. I have emails verifying the transfer of money and the overdraft fees being applied including exact times.
