We are a - - and were told by the store manager that we WOULD NOT BE CHARGED INTEREST on this account which has now been paid off. She told us it was a same as cash offer and said we would receive this incentive for opening the account. Our -/-/2016 statement shows they charged us $230.00 in interest for 2016. Our account number is -. I want a refund check for $230.00 sent to us immediately. If they do not send our money, we plan to seek legal action. Thank you, - -
