Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay

U.S. Bancorp Consumer Loan department,

Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay California

US bank keeps reporting inaccurate information about an auto lease I had with them. The date of first delinquency was on -/-/2010 ( Please see attached old credit report showing the date of first delinquency. ) It has been exactly 7 years since the date of first late and this debt show no longer be reported. I have been submitting supporting documents showing the mistake but they keep ignoring my request to correct and now completely remove the account. US bank is doing everything and anything to delay the process and not remove this collection as they should. I have contacted US bank directly and submitted documents 4 times already and at least 6 times to -. Every time it 's the same reply that the debt belongs to me and is not removed.
