Billing disputes Ohio

Capital One is threatening a lawsuit if I miss another payment on my card ending in -. I 've told them repeatedly that the charges making up the balance ARE NOT MINE!!!!!! I will NOT pay this balance!!! Let them waste their money on a lawsuit. I 'm still not paying for these charges as they ARE NOT MINE!!!
