Specialized Loan Servicing LLC took over my loan. They have ignored documents that i faxed to them regarding property insurance and have started charging me an escrow fee for insurance. This loan was previous serviced by two other companies, neither of which charged me any fees. When i try to contact Specialized to get this dropped i get run around.
