Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result California

- Complain letter. I am filing this complaint because Equifax has ignored my request to provide me with the documents that their company supposedly has on file that was used to verify the accounts and inquiries that I have disputed. Being that they have now gone 30 days and STILL can not verify these under accounts or inquiries under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA they are required to promptly delete ALL information which can not be verified that I have disputed. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible as I am prepared to take legal action if this is not resolved.
