TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit monitoring or identity protection problem with fraud alerts

TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,

Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts Colorado

Transunion Keeps putting 90 Day Initial Alerts on my credit profile without my permission. They keep doing this because I am sending Validation Letters ( not disputing ) but asking them to provide physical proof that what they are reporting meets FCRA guidelines, meaning the information is Accurate, Complete and Verifiable. They have been unable to do so and instead of doing their job they just keep putting these alerts on my file to make it hard for me to apply for credit. Lets face facts, the law that is on the books that is supposed to govern the credit bureaus is not working. They are breaking the law, not doing as they are required and when myself a consumer asks them to provide proof or remove an item they get mad and whine like little babies and put these alerts on my file. I am tired of this. This is the 3rd time this has happened and I will file these complaints every time to make these guys stop doing this. Just do your job, stop abusing the law and stop telling me that I have to provide proof from the original creditor. I am not the one that is reporting the information so the burden of proof is on you as a company.
