hhgregg / Synchrony bank / GE capital involved in predatory lending when they sold me home appliances. They labeled their lending as interest free. They never send me any paper statements showing that they were charging me interest. Lender asked me to provide my bank account number so they can setup automatic payments, and promised me that they will not charge any interest when I gave them my checking account number. they have charged me - in interest over last 3 years and I sill have half the outstanding balance. Lender used tricks in me thinking that I was not paying any interest by not sending any paper statements. I am requesting full refund of all the interest I have paid in this account.
