U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

Customer service / Customer relations Maryland

I am a long time customer looking to be product traded to another credit card, as my needs have changed. Other companies have done this for me in the past and I requested twice to have this done and have been refused. There is no reason why this ca n't be done.
